We at KaleideScope Visions Graphics and Web Design surely appreciate you all. Our team is excited to continue to work and partner with our loyal customers and clients. As our company continues to flourish our team has implemented new policies and procedures for our clients to ensure great and efficient service.

Starting effective immediately we are requesting that all new project requests be received through our website (ksvgraphics.net). Our Principal Designer Ms. Jacqueline will no longer be obtaining service requests via phone or email. We are implementing this procedure to keep proper record keeping and maintenance on all projects. In addition, all “specialty orders,” must be received through our “contact form” on the website. Once your request is sent a member of our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours. All “tenured clients” will receive a loyalty coupon code from our team! Thank you so much for your understanding! We are looking forward to working with you!

New Business Hours:

KaleideScope Visions Graphics and Web Designs’ new hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm. 

Emergency/Rush Projects:

Please note that emergency/rush orders are will be received at the leisure of KSV Graphics!  An additional $20-100 fee will be added to the graphic service fee depicted in the graphic project that is incurred by the client. Projects will be deemed as rush orders if the project is requested to be rendered to the client aside from KSV Graphics’ normal project turnaround time.

Retainers:

Prior to constructing graphic projects, a non-refundable retainer is requested from each client. Please note that the retainers are 50% of the total graphic service fee!

Watermark:

All projects will be watermarked until the remaining balance of the total graphic service fee is paid.

Revisions:

Attached to this e-mail is our new KSV Graphic Price sheet. Please be sure to acknowledge the number of revisions that are permitted for each client and each project! Clients will be charged an additional fee aside from a total graphic service project if the number of revisions permitted is exceeded.

Major Projects/Contracts/Retainer

Major Projects: Websites, Branding Packages, Media Packages, Promotional Packages, and Multiple Flyer Inquiries.

The client will be asked to sign a service contract for major projects. Please note that the construction of the project will begin once the service contract and retainer have been collected from the client. All major projects will require a 50% non-refundable retainer. The client will obtain complete graphic work once the remaining balance of the service graphic fee has been paid.
